What does it actually mean?
A "No Win, No Fee" agreement means exactly what it says: if your claim is not successful, you do not pay anything. JNJ Marketing connects you with specialists who operate on this basis, so there is zero financial risk to you.

Important fee information: A success fee of between 18% and 36% (including VAT) will be charged if your claim is successful. The exact percentage will be confirmed in your agreement before any work begins. If you cancel your claim after the 14-day cooling-off period, you may still be charged a fee to cover our reasonable costs incurred in relation to our services at the rate of £75 per hour (including VAT). JNJ Marketing will receive a fee for introducing you to a specialist.
You do not have to use us. You can make a claim yourself for free directly with your lender or through the Financial Ombudsman Service.
How the process works
If your claim is successful, the specialist's fee is deducted from your compensation. This percentage will always be fully explained and agreed before any work begins, so there are never any surprises. JNJ Marketing will receive a fee for introducing you to a specialist.
